Arunima Bhutani is a kind, compassionate, and empathetic psychologist who firmly believes that mental health is just as important as physical health. She thinks everyone deserves a safe, unbiased, and non-judgmental space to process their thoughts and emotions, and she is dedicated to creating this space for her clients.
Arunima has completed her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University. She takes an eclectic approach to therapy, borrowing techniques from CBT, Client-Centered Therapy, and Positive Psychotherapy and tailoring them to each client's unique needs. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and that the client and therapist can work together to help the client live a happier and more fulfilling life.
Arunima is a curious individual who loves stories in all forms. She believes life is a continuous learning journey, and there is no better way to learn than through people. She is passionate about dancing and loves to read and travel.
It was my first time for the session I was scared to open I had no idea what to talk but arunima mam makes everything so simple I think she has the sensibility and good listening power that makes me believe I can talk with my open heart about my problems I will always be grateful for her

This is my first therapy experience. Earlier I was worried about judgement but Arunima created a safe space for me to open up about my emotions. I have had great help in coping with my emotions and I am continually recieving the same. Her methods have been really beneficial for me.

It was my first time I have been through any type of therepy.Firstly I was just so scared that how the things will happen and what to talk and how to start the conversation but she made everything very easy and simple to me. she is very calm and listen every single thing you want to say. She gives or ask some certain questions which will made you to find your path your way. Your all emotions will just come in front of her and I say you dam get alot out of the session. This was the first time I have been cried to someone unknown.. she is just brilliant the way she do the therapy. Thank you for your precious time ma'am..

Arunima is very good listener and creates a safe place where one can open up or talk to or share anything without any fear of judgement and bias. She hears me completely and gives enough time to me to vent out inside emotions and then gives practical solutions. She never imposes any technique or exercise on me but explains everything so beautifully that I myself get convinced to follow her instructions fully and I can say I am better version of myself (not Best) than when I started taking therapy. Healing process is still going on as it takes time. But I am sure with Arunima’s guidance I will achieve my goals soon. Thank you Arunima. Keep doing good work and keep supporting and healing more people.

First of all I would like to thank Dr. Arunima Bhutani for this session. Secondly I would like to say that It was my first session, so I was a bit nervous about the session, however Arunima made it very easy for me to express my feelings and what is going on in my life and gave me fair suggestions and a few exercises to ease my ongoing situation.

This is my first experience with therapy, and as someone who tends to rush things or get impatient with progress, I can’t thank Arunima enough for her guidance. She’s always been patient, helping me understand and trust the process. Grateful feels like an understatement—Arunima has made me feel truly heard and supported, and I can’t imagine navigating everything without her.
