Jessy Madeleine is an empathetic and compassionate psychologist who believes every individual can heal and become their true essence and ideal self when provided with a safe and nurturing environment. Her work focuses on building a healthy client–counsellor relationship based on trust, authenticity, respect, and communication.
Jessy holds a post-graduate degree in Psychology from Jain University. She has done certificate courses on Cognitive behavioural therapy, Emotinal Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping, Animal-assisted therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She developed her counselling skills and knowledge by working in various areas of the mental health sector. Her areas of interest include relatinship issues, depression, abuse, trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety issues, and grief. She utilizes an eclectic and holistic approach in serving clients by incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Client-centred, EFT tapping and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy based on the present needs.
She believes in increasing self-awareness and consciousness. She is interested in classical music, Indian movies, poetry, and art forms and invests her leisure time in reading books on spirituality, metaphysic, philosophy, and self-growth genres.
