She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College. As a Counselor, Lubhawani is proficient in her ability to empathize, validate and accept people without judgment. She uses an eclectic approach to therapy to cater to the unique needs of each client. She has assisted individuals facing issues such as parental, academic, and peer pressure, cyberbullying, interpersonal and behavioural problems, self-esteem issues, etc. She believes in promoting the mental well-being of individuals by helping them address their concerns through a systematic process.
She considers therapy to play an essential role in the growth and flourishing of one’s life. She also takes an active interest in advocating for mental health awareness as a way to reduce stigma in society.
