Shruti is an empathetic listener with a non-judgemental and client-centered approach to counseling. She is of the belief that an individual’s true potentialities can be uncovered once they are truly in touch with themselves. As a psychologist, she believes in fostering self-awareness and a higher sense of self-worth through an enriching and safe space that is created in therapy. She is committed to helping individuals stabilize and enhance their inner mental environments to facilitate a more meaningful and fulfilling daily life.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology from Indraprastha College for Women. She has had the opportunity to work with diverse groups of people over the course of her education and approaches therapy from an eclectic foundation with a focus on concepts and strategies from Cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy, and Humanistic and Positive Psychotherapy.
Shruti is an animal lover and has a deep appreciation for nature. She also comes from a belief that there are significant roles that these aspects of an individual’s life play in their mental health journeys and that a healthy lifestyle can contribute equally. She enjoys reading and makes the most of her downtime unwinding with family and food.
