Chandra Prabha is a kind and passionate individual, who firmly believes that the right therapy along with psycho-education can-do wonders for a person’s well-being in the long run. She has helped her clients focus in the right direction to navigate through their life efficiently. As a Sr. Psychologist her great passion is to help people heal themselves and develop a healthy mindset in the fulness of time.
Her educational qualification includes Master’s in Psychology of Mental Health from University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She helps her clients by finding healthy perceptions to strengthen their relationships with others as well as themselves. She is keen to help people who experience challenges, including grief & loss, trauma, stress, anxiety, body image, narcissistic abuse, career anxiety & motivation and self-esteem. She understands that no single approach is the right one for every individual, therefore she uses eclectic and holistic approach to therapies by incorporating techniques from CBT, ACT, Holistic Psychotherapy and Humanistic Therapy at which she is adept in.
She is passionate about art, journaling and playing sports like badminton. She believes that learning is an active and life-long process. She strives to learn through not only books but from everything nature has to offer.
