Anushka is a passionate, empathetic and dedicated psychologist who is committed to help individuals explore and understand themselves and overcome their challenges while working together as a team. Her calming and supportive personality helps create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to be themselves and freely express their emotions. She believes that therapy is something which is for everyone irrespective of the presence/absence of issues as it helps us become better individuals. She is always keen to learn and share her knowledge and interest in psychology.
Anushka holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Manipal University. She believes that every client is unique with diverse experiences and emotions. Hence, she uses an eclectic approach in her sessions to fit the needs of all individuals. She has experience of working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, substance use, dealing with grief, self-improvement, anger issues, feelings of guilt, romantic relationship issues, working through childhood trauma, academic stress and adjustment difficulties.
Spending time in nature and creating art is something which offers her a way to connect with her emotions and fuels her compassion, empathy and genuineness. She also likes to watch movies and shows in her free time.
