She has completed specialized training in several therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT). She uses an eclectic approach to help clients overcome emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship and family issues.
