Prakriti graduated from Fergusson College with a bachelor’s in psychology. She was actively involved in various activities to provide people with a wider perspective and access to mental and women's health. She is committed to treating everyone with respect, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, creating a safe space for their healing journey. Her areas of interest include social relationships, academic and family pressure, depression, anxiety, and stress. With an eclectic approach, she aims to facilitate emotional expression, introspection, and growth, providing clients with holistic healing experiences.
Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, she finds joy and balance through writing and culinary arts. She has also performed at the national level in basketball and athletics. These interests serve as outlets for creativity and contribute to her understanding of the connection between mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
