I hold a safe space to relax into yourself and feel through the discomfort. We surf through the root causes of the struggles and help lighten the emotional entanglements you have with them. Over time, with growing awareness, you can begin to appreciate your thoughts, your true feelings and your vulnerabilities as self-informed adults. More ease can be felt as you go along, more progress and growth. I help you become more self empowered.

Our work together will often involve body awareness and mindfulness. I use eclectic approach based on your needs to support you with accessing spaciousness, finding clarity, and sharing greater ease.
I have received my Masters in Counselling Psychology from Jain University. I have experience working as an Assistant Behavioral therapist. I am a certified Yoga trainer and Mat pilates trainer. I believe that it is very important to engage in extracurricular activities often. I love Yoga, Dancing, Travelling and playing sports.
