She believes the goal is to make clients radically accept themselves. She is committed to creating a safe and collaborative environment with each to help them develop and improve their quality of life. She believes that no experience can be distorted or denied and views the importance of unlearning as much in life as learning.
After graduating from Jesus and Mary College, the University of Delhi, she completed her master’s in Clinical Psychology and has worked with psychologists to further her knowledge and expertise in the field. She is determined to assist those who struggle with problems like stress, anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, despair, and marital issues. She adapts the therapeutic approach to the client’s specific needs. She utilizes methods and strategies from cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and interpersonal therapy. According to her, every human being has potential.
She believes that therapy is for everyone. She enjoys reading and exploring bookstores and libraries. She likes classical philosophy, literature, and art and embraces learning.
