She aims to provide a safe space, that is free from judgment and enables the authentic expression of oneself.
She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology. Her areas of expertise are anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, issues concerning parenting and attachment styles, self-esteem, and career-related concerns. She has a keen inclination toward understanding and working with trauma and grief. Her approach to therapy is eclectic, she likes to draw on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques and uses one that is best suited for the client to add holistic and long-term value to their lives.
She is very enthusiastic about nature and loves to spend time gardening, or just appreciating nature whenever possible. She is very passionate about food and loves to experiment and learn about it. She also regards the process of cooking to be relaxing and therapeutic. She also likes to spend time making art.
