For effective therapy, she aims to create a trusting, collaborative environment characterized by mutual respect and understanding. She is a strong proponent of the maxim that we all are a work in progress and true happiness lies in enjoying the journey rather than waiting for the destination.

She is naturally an appreciative listener and an excellent conversationalist. She considers herself very fortunate to have interacted with people from all walks of life and has an innate understanding of how each person is unique, inspiring, and relatable.
She envisions empowering individuals to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. Her counselling is a balanced fusion of various interventions for achieving a person-cantered approach tailored to suit the needs of her clients. As a counselling psychologist, she aims to ameliorate mental health maladies and become a reliable support system.
Art and fitness are two of her passions. She enjoys reading, watching movies, and eating good food. Spending time with her family gives her solace.
