She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Chandigarh University. She has worked with individuals who are dealing with a variety of difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, and personality disorders like Borderline and Narcissistic. Additionally, she has assisted those struggling with relationship issues, low self-esteem, and grief. In her therapeutic practice, she employs a range of approaches, including Client-centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed therapy. Additionally, she has obtained certifications in Art Therapy and Music and Movement Therapy, further enhancing her therapeutic skills. Antima is also skilled in providing Psychological First Aid, offering immediate support to those in need.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Antima indulges in reading and writing during her leisure time. Her ultimate goal is to establish a nurturing environment for individuals who struggle with expressing their emotions. She is determined to raise awareness about the significance of mental health, paving the way for a healthier and more fulfilling future for everyone.
