I have been going through a lot of things for a long time. I had tried to talk to a few people, therapists included; but always felt unheard. But with Ms. Areeba it was different, she really spent time trying to get to know my psyche and perspective, hence giving me confidence that the solutions would be much easier to implement. Within the first two sessions you will get great confidence that you will get the right help from her which means a lot on those tough days. Thank you Areeba for that. When I first met Areeba, I was so problematic that I had literally pushed her away in first couple of sessions. But instead of letting me be, she chose to stick by me and helped me when I myself was not able to help myself. One of the best things about Areeba is that she remembers things in extreme details that I myself miss many times. Overall, she is a great therapist and sessions with her are more like a talk session with a friend.

I really like how she remembers every small detail from the last session. She makes me feel comfortable which helps me to open up. I was not expecting myself to open up to a stranger about my personal problems but she makes it really easy for me. I also appreciate how she leaves me with something to reflect on after every session.

To be very honest, Areeba was my 6th therapist since I started therapies and with every session with previous ones, I was loosing trust in the process. Areeba firstly brought me out of the distrust and then she worked on the healing parts of the process. Some key points about her, one must know - One, She remembers every small detail you tell her because every bit of it means a lot to you. Two, it would mostly be friendly, comforting talk sessions and seldom will some emotion digging deep rough sessions happen, but trust me , its all working out. Three, The safe space she creates actually feels like a safe space. Four, and very important her time management depends on your emotional state rather then her professional state! She never left me shattered or lost when we did some trauma digging. Last but not the least, she is available to her maximum capacity. Thankyou for holding me together <3. She is definitely a 5 star.

Ummmmm, so I would like firstly thank Areeba for being an excellent therapist. There are some things in life that I have learnt from her guidance. Her dedication and patience towards any scenerio while talking to her is amazing. Every little detail and in depth observational skills can be applauded. My counselor has made me feel very comfortable, I’ve learned many tools to help me work through my struggles. I feel like I’m speaking to someone who truly cares. “I liked the overall experience of talking about my emotions. I learned to better handle all of my thoughts.

It was very nice to talk with Areeba mam. Her way of speaking is very good. She understood my problems very well. I felt very comfortable talking with her. And I learned a lot of good things from this session. Mam made half of my anxiety disappear by speaking in a friendly nature.
