I’ve been having sessions with Ashani ma’am for some time and there are more. She is tremendous and has made me a much better person. I’ve learned how to confront my emotions and discuss my feelings with people which I struggled with before. She has great listening skills and I always felt comfortable confiding in her with my issues. I learned a lot about where my emotions come from and how they make me feel and how to deal with situations but most importantly I’ve learned some better coping mechanisms. I’m really very thankful to you.
