She holds an MSc. in Clinical Psychology from Christ (Deemed to be) University. Her academic foundation and continuous professional development have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in both private and public mental health institutions, acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the mental health resources available in the country. While her understanding is eclectic, her therapy approach is firmly rooted in empathy, compassion, and understanding. She strives to provide a supportive atmosphere for her clients to freely delve into their thoughts and emotions without any fear of criticism.

Beyond her clinical work, she is passionate about mental health advocacy and education. She firmly believes that it is possible to navigate life's complexities, and by tapping into our inherent resilience- lasting positive change can be achieved. Through her unwavering dedication and compassionate guidance, she strives to act as a catalyst for personal growth and emotional healing in the lives of those she serves.

Harshita enjoys reading books, watching TV shows marathons, and writing- be it fictional or medical. She aims to empower individuals to overcome challenges, embrace their strengths, and embark on a transformative journey toward enhanced well-being and life satisfaction.

    She’s straightforward, no-nonsense, and really gets to the root of the problem. I’ve learned how to handle my emotions better and improve my relationships without feeling like I’m losing control. She helped with my romantic relationship a lot- I am learning a lot about attachment styles, also.
