She has completed her Master of Science in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Counseling. She has interned as a School Psychologist and counseled Parents at a Child Developmental Center, giving her a foundation in Counseling. She has dealt with various cases like Parenting, Stress, Anxiety, Loneliness, Self-esteem, Relationship issues, Academics, and career. Besides, she holds an Internship Certification in Organizational Psychology making her familiar with the working fundamentals of a firm. Naimisha is also certified in Transactional Analysis and has a strong hold on Cognitive Behavioral techniques and Metacognition, which addresses the root cause of an issue. Moreover, she has conducted Psychological Workshops and Seminars for various Corporate Organizations, Hospitals, Parents, and College/School students. She is experienced in conducting Mental Status Examinations (MSE) and collecting case studies from Psychiatric clinics, where she has worked closely with a few intense mental health cases through Shadow Counseling.
Her interests include Reading and Traveling, which help broaden her perspectives. She has also conducted and written 2 research papers that dive deep into how various psychological factors are interlinked and affect an Individual.
