Her journey into mental health began with a deep curiosity about human behavior and the mind as she received a master's degree in counseling psychology at St. Xavier's College, during which she studied several treatment approaches in depth. Riya Savant has been working to change people's lives with her unique therapeutic style. She smoothly mixes various therapeutic modalities customized to each individual's unique needs, drawing on her extensive knowledge of standard psychological practices and holistic well-being. Recognizing that no single method is universal, she uses an eclectic approach that draws on cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic concepts, humanistic methodologies, positive psychology, DBT, and mindfulness-based therapies.
