Sanjana is passionate about helping people with psychological issues improve their quality of life and enhance their emotional well-being. She is a compassionate, kind, and non-judgmental counseling psychologist who provides a safe space for her clients to feel seen, heard and understood. By doing this, her goal is to form a well-trusted relationship with her clients, which is essential for making the client feel comfortable to open up and express themselves. She believes mental health has a spillover effect in other areas of a person's life, such as their career, health, and interpersonal relationships. Hence, people should give importance to their mental health to feel more fulfilled in all areas of their lives.
Sanjana has completed her MSc in Clinical Psychology from NSHM Knowledge Campus and has also done courses such as a Diploma in Counselling Psychology, a Diploma in Child Psychology, and Integrated Attachment Theory training. She deals with psychological issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, workplace stress, interpersonal problems, etc. She uses an eclectic approach while dealing with clients to suit the client's individual needs and uses, a variety of therapeutic modalities for the same. While dealing with clients, she follows a humanistic approach and believes each person has their own set of unique strengths, and capitalizing on those strengths serves them well, helping them reach their full potential. She places an emphasis on developing self-compassion while working with clients. She appreciates receiving feedback from her clients and adjusts her approach to meet the client's needs and desires.
Her hobbies include singing, reading and solving Japanese puzzles. She also loves learning and expanding her knowledge of various psychological theories, concepts, and therapeutic interventions. Hence, she enjoys reading books, articles, and research papers regularly to keep herself updated on theoretical knowledge. Since childhood, she has been fascinated with how the mind works and what is the root cause behind people's actions. Therefore, she decided to become a psychologist to help people improve their mental well-being.

Initially I was hesitant to take therapy but I am glad I took this step. Sanjana ma'am was very good at making me feel comfortable right from our first session. The exercises she gave me to manage my anxiety helped me a lot and I have seen a lot of positive changes in my life. I am really grateful for all her help and support I got from her.

She is best therapist.. I really feel relaxed by talking with her or by sharing thoughts and
worst situations of my life.. Seriously I'll suggest about her if anyone wants to talk with therapist.. She would be the best to talk.. Also she understands each and everything respectfully and calmly one more thing she listens carefully and also she gives best advices according to the situation.. I practice and it was worth for me.. I was in a dilemma whether to take a therapy session or not..thank God I took sessions with sanjana ma'am she is very attentive..and it is very easy to open up to her..she helped me to reduce my anxiety..I feeling very calm and satisfied now..we did various exercise too for improving my self image..she will make you feel good about yourself and you will definitely start loving yourself after her sessions..if you are facing problems like anxiety and stuff you should talk to her...she is awesome.
