Vedika is a compassionate counselling psychologist who believes that therapy is a type of exploration and a healing process that can help individuals in their personal growth and change leading to a more fulfilling life. In her interactions with clients, Vedika aspires to be compassionate and nonjudgmental by creating a safe space in counselling where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and work mutually towards shared goals.
Vedika has completed her masters in counseling psychology from SNDT Women’s University, Churchgate. She has experience working with children who have developmental disorders such as autism and ADHD, assisting them with social skills, school adjustment, and emotion regulation. She has experience in using art therapy, play therapy and behavioral therapy techniques.
Her approach towards counselling is more of person centered as she believes that provided with the right support, clients may be able to take control of their own lives by identifying and utilizing their strengths and full potential.
During leisure time, she loves drawing, dancing and playing sports. She also has a great interest in reading spiritual texts and meditative chanting. She also loves to travel and explore different places and spend time with her friends and family.

I attend my first session with her, and she gave me good motivation and techniques to overcome from fear and anxiety, she has a good listening abilities and I like her behaviour during the season she give me proper attention and she understands well, I like that my first session, also she gave me trust and here you can also get privacy about your problems, she has taken her session timely and I am satisfied from my first session.
