She specializes in trauma-informed care and is trained in EMDR therapy. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, stress, and burnout, with an emphasis on creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic space that fosters balance within the dynamic mind amidst a chaotic world.
Outside of her professional work, Ancilla is energized by adventure and high-stimulation experiences, enjoys long drives, music, and will happily stop to greet every dog she encounters.
