Apeksha is a passionate mental health professional who understands the challenges of expressing and coping with overwhelming thoughts, especially when weighed down by everyday responsibilities. She aims to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported and comfortable sharing their lived experiences at their own pace.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that every individual’s journey is unique. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process, where building trust and fostering emotional safety are central to healing and growth.

After completing her Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology, Apeksha has gained practical experience through a year and half of experience in the healthcare sector. These early experiences deepened her understanding of psychological disorders and strengthened her core clinical skills.

She has worked across diverse settings including healthcare institutions and corporate environments which has broadened her perspective on how mental health concerns can manifest in different contexts. These experiences have also reinforced her commitment to psychoeducation as a powerful tool in therapy.

Apeksha primarily works with concerns related to emotional dysregulation, stress-induced anxiety, workplace challenges and grief-related trauma. She also specializes in depression, relationship issues, anger management, and life transitions.

Her therapeutic approaches integrate two evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). However, she remains flexible in her approach and adapts techniques based on each client’s needs, often drawing from a diversified framework when appropriate.

Apeksha sees therapy as a space not just for coping, but to foster genuine personal insight and growth.
