Beyond her professional work, Claren enjoys journaling, Travelling, dancing, swimming, and creative exploration—activities she sees as vital for psychological wellness. I talked to her all my mind , she listened to me and I could actually open up to her while she was communicating with me, she gave me better suggestions to calm myself when I had tough times , she talked to me like a friend and guided me like a mentor. It was really a nice session. The way she handled her profession made me feel like I have someone to hear and trust to talk. I'm very thankful to her as my sleep schedules are better now and calm too.
