She holds a Master’s degree from Kristu Jayanti College and has experience working with clients of different age groups dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and memory-related concerns. Through her internships, she gained hands-on experience in assessments, treatment planning, and providing structured yet emotionally attuned therapeutic support.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Khushi follows a collaborative, client-centered approach, helping individuals understand and transform unhelpful thought patterns. She incorporates mindfulness and reflective practices to promote clarity, self-awareness, and long-term growth, while ensuring a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space.
Outside work, she finds balance in dancing, painting, cooking, and gardening—activities that reflect her belief that healing and growth flourish with time, care, and the right environment.
