Manbahaar is an intuitive psychologist who believes that purpose and drive of an individual are the rudder of one’s ship- their mind. She holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Chandigarh University and has performed at various internship opportunities to interact with clients of almost all age groups, especially young adults. Her approach is holistic, ethical, and professional, with a creative touch. She explores Adlerian, existential, cognitive, behavioural, and psychoanalytic techniques in understanding the client’s mental health concerns. She possesses personal skills of active listening, empathy, zero judgment, and a natural way of forming connections with individuals, along with an astronomical thirst for novelty, creativity, and knowledge.
Her hobbies include sculpting, theatrical arts, gaming, weightlifting, and creative writing as she believes in the mindful stimulation of the body and mind to maintain a sense of satisfaction with oneself.

It was really good session by Manbahaar Kaur. I felt like I have been heard, she listened so carefully and addressed my emotions. Felt like she is feeling my emotions which I am going through.
