Shwetha received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from CMR University. Her initial training involved working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, family issues, depression, relationships, self-esteem and stress-related concerns . She has interned in child clinical and neuropsychological settings, where she deepened her understanding of developmental and cognitive issues across age groups.
She is passionate about making therapy a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She believes in building a collaborative and trusting relationship with clients, meeting them where they are. Her work is rooted in a client-centered and strength-based approach, while integrating techniques from CBT, mindfulness practices, and progressive muscle relaxation, based on each individual’s needs.
Fluent in English, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada, She is mindful of the cultural context in therapy and aims to offer inclusive care. Outside the therapy space, she finds balance through swimming, spending time with dogs, traveling, and journaling—activities that also inspire her therapeutic presence.
