Diti Mutha is a compassionate counselling psychologist who believes that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, heard, and respected. She holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in Counseling from Amity University, Mumbai. She has also worked in a clinical setting, where she gained hands-on experience working with children and adults dealing with various psychological concerns. She was involved in assessments, case discussions, and formulating plans of action under supervision, which strengthened her practical understanding of counseling and client care. Outside her professional life, Diti enjoys cooking, dancing, and playing sports like badminton and throwball. She believes that staying active and creative helps maintain emotional balance and well-being. Her motivation to work in mental health stems from a deep belief that empathy, support, and self-awareness can empower individuals to navigate challenges and move toward personal growth.
