Kayuri Sachdeva (She/Her)
Junior Psychologist
Kayuri Sachdeva is a junior psychologist who supports individuals through major life changes and helps them strengthen their emotional well-being. Guided by empathy and curiosity, she strongly believes in early and accessible psychological support. She strives to create a safe, culturally aware, and welcoming environment where clients feel understood and supported as they reflect on their experiences and work toward personal growth.
Kayuri earned her master’s degree in Mental Health: Psychological Therapies from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London, where she developed strong skills in assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventions. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Amity University. In addition, she is certified as a CBT practitioner, a life coach, and a Level 1 British Sign Language user.
She has hands-on experience working with individuals with ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, and anxiety in a range of psychological and educational settings. She has supported assessments, therapeutic interventions, behavior support, and psychoeducation, using CBT-based techniques such as graded exposure and grounding strategies. Her experience working with multidisciplinary teams has strengthened her commitment to holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
She is particularly interested in trauma-informed practice, child and adolescent mental health, and resilience-building. She is dedicated to ongoing professional growth and incorporates current research into her work to ensure that her practice remains ethical, reflective, and client-centred.
Outside of her professional role, Kayuri values mindfulness and self-awareness. She enjoys reading, journaling, and long walks, which help her maintain a grounded and reflective approach to her work. As she continues to grow in her career, she hopes to make a meaningful difference in the mental health community by helping individuals build confidence, emotional clarity, and healthier ways of understanding and supporting themselves.

It was my first time taking to a professional I didn't know i had it in me to share this much, turns out I needed to let it all out to someone nice. She is very gentle and supportive.
She is wonderful. She is professional, kind, and provides a truly safe environment to talk through anything. As first time seeking therapy I feel very supported in her care.
