She holds an MSc in Psychological Research Methods from the University of Exeter. She has specialized training in utilizing the biopsychosocial approach and Nature-Based Interventions. She also completed extensive training in Counselling Skills, with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapies such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches.
Her professional experience spans diverse cultural settings, where she has supported individuals facing trauma, low self-esteem, loneliness, burnout, and suicidal thoughts & feelings. Through her humanistic training, she takes an integrative approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique experiences and needs.
Outside of work, Rini enjoys playing the piano, visiting museums, and exploring new culinary delights. She is also an avid reader, animal lover, and nature enthusiast.
