Savreen is an empathetic psychologist passionate about helping individuals cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. She believes therapy is a collaborative journey where clients take the lead in understanding their thoughts and emotions, supported by professional guidance to transform challenges into meaningful action. Her mantra, “never stand still; a step in the wrong direction is better than staying on the spot,” encourages her clients to embrace change, restructure unhelpful thought patterns, and view setbacks as opportunities for growth. Savreen seeks to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore, reflect, and grow at their own pace.
She holds a Master’s in Psychology and is trained in Psychological First Aid with experience spanning across research, assessment, and educational roles with diverse populations, including young adults and high-risk communities. Her cultural competence, gained from multiple relocations, enables her to connect with clients through curiosity and understanding.
Her client-centered approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), mindfulness techniques, and Solution Focussed Therapy. With her empathetic listening and a non-judgmental presence, she strives to make every individual feel seen, heard, and fully empowered to live a life aligned with their strengths and values.
Outside of work, Savreen enjoys Kathak, yoga, and exploring new cafes. She thrives on exploring new perspectives, bringing this warmth, and curiosity with openness into her practice to ensure that clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate their own paths.
