Pressure within limits is healthy, and it it what can help achieve the extraordinary, but when pressure is constant and un-ending, it can become stress.

Stress is a sensation or emotion or can also be a physical tension. It can come from any situation or imagination that makes you feel angry, irritated, or annoyed. Stress is your body and mind's response to a provocation or need. In quick volleys, stress can be beneficial, so as when it helps you evade risk or adhere to a deadline.
