Saturday, 19th September – Psychology of Decision Making | Online | Free | 12:00 Noon
Every day, we make countless decisions—some small, some life-changing. Yet our choices are not always as rational as we imagine. Emotions, past experiences, mental shortcuts, fear, social influence, and even the way options are presented can shape what we choose.
This workshop takes a closer look at the psychology behind decision-making. Participants will explore common cognitive biases and emotional influences that affect our choices and learn how greater awareness can help them make decisions that are more thoughtful, intentional, and aligned with their values.
