Saturday, 22nd August – Children of Dysfunctional Families | Online | Free | 12:00 Noon

Growing up in a dysfunctional family often leaves invisible emotional imprints that continue into adulthood. Experiences such as inconsistent caregiving, emotional neglect, criticism, conflict, or parentification can quietly shape the way we see ourselves and relate to others.

This workshop explores the long-term psychological impact of dysfunctional family environments and how childhood experiences influence self-worth, relationships, emotional regulation, and boundaries. Participants will gain insight into these patterns and begin exploring healthier ways of relating to themselves and those around them.
