Anger is often misunderstood. Beneath it, there may be hurt, disappointment, fear, exhaustion, or unmet needs waiting to be acknowledged.

This workshop goes beyond simply "controlling" anger and focuses on understanding it. Participants will explore the emotional roots of anger, identify personal triggers, and recognise patterns that may be damaging relationships or wellbeing. The session offers practical tools to express anger in healthier ways while maintaining self-respect and connection with others.
