Do you ever feel mentally exhausted even after a day of doing "nothing"? Your mind keeps jumping from one thought to another, your attention feels scattered, and resting doesn't feel as restorative as it used to. In a world of constant notifications, endless information, and relentless demands on our attention, many of us are living with overstimulated minds without even realizing it.

This two-day workshop explores how mental overstimulation impacts focus, emotions, decision-making, and overall wellbeing. Participants will learn why their brains feel constantly "on," how overstimulation contributes to overwhelm and burnout, and practical strategies to create more mental space, calm, and clarity in everyday life.
