Feeling overwhelmed is more than just “having too much to do.” Often, it is the result of emotional overload, constant mental stimulation, unprocessed stress, and the pressure to keep functioning despite exhaustion. This two-day workshop explores how overwhelm affects the mind and body, why it can lead to shutdown, avoidance, or irritability, and how to recognise the signs before reaching burnout. Participants will learn practical ways to slow down, regulate emotional overload, prioritise effectively, and create healthier rhythms that feel more sustainable in daily life.
